What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally? How can I track my order?
Yes — we offer both UK and international shipping. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. UK shipping is free on orders over £99.

Can I customise my order?
Almost every item is custom-made, primarily in the UK. If you have a specific idea or want to tweak a design, just get in touch — we’re happy to personalise your order where possible

Do you only sell Kianistan products?
No — we also feature carefully selected products from other ethical and conscious brands that share our values. If you’re a brand with a shared mission, feel free to reach out.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Apple Pay. If you’d prefer to pay via bank transfer, this can be arranged — just get in touch before placing your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
